I am delighted to announce the launch of our “New Team Member Orientation” programmes, truly bringing “Our Promise” to life. The programmes are bespoke and unique for Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson.
“New Team Member Orientation” programmes are created to welcome the newest Rezidorians to the family and coaching them to fully understand our company’s culture, our vision and mission as a hospitality leader, our unique Scandinavian heritage, our 100% commitment to guest satisfaction, our award winning service concepts, our industry-leading responsible business and safety & security know-how, and above all our multi-dimensional strategy, our values and our credo.
Building on the Yes I Can! attitude, our “New Team Member Orientation” programmes will fully focus on our new team members’ skillset development to perform their jobs effectively and responsibly in their respective hotels or business units.
It will also help them truly understand the values and the promise of the brands they work for. It will ensure to help build self-esteem and a personalized career path for future development. And, it will emphasize the importance of the role they play in the bigger strategy and success of the company.
